  We all know that nurses do have a lot of responsibilities and most of them are done in a hospital. And as we all know that nurses do have specialization and that is depending on how they are trained and the things that they usually do on their job. Medicine is really a huge and that is why there are different kinds of doctors who specializes different field in medicine in the same way nurses must also specialize certain medical fields.

Medical fields like emergency care, pediatrics and intensive care are some of the field that a nurse must learn. Most of the time, they undergo trainings and seminars to understand and be able to cope up to what kind of medical assistance they will provide. But of course being a caring person must be natural characteristics that a nurse should have.

Being a nurse needs a lot of preparation to finally be a registered nurse. During school years a bunch of lectures and terms needed to memorized and understand and it doesnt end there. To be a registered nurse one should undergo years of training and qualifying exams. Of course to be registered nurse they should passed the licensure exam. But after that, actual job is in their hand and a new stage of their nurse life had started.

Some basic job that a nurse usually learned during the first year of being a nurse is to master taking note of vital signs such as, temperature, blood pressure, beat rate and many more and from this much complicated jobs are coming in and learn different processes and medical assistance.
